GOLF COURSE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re excited to share the latest progress on the golf course with you!
Construction continues to move forward, and we appreciate your ongoing support and patience as we work to bring this new amenity to life.
Greens and bunkers have been shaped for holes 20 through 18, 17 and 16, as well as holes 11 and 12. Over the next two weeks, we will begin shaping the house pads in this area, which will allow us to clear the remaining dirt. Once this phase is complete, we will move on to finishing holes 13, 14, and 15.
Irrigation materials have been delivered, and installation is scheduled to begin on June 9th for the completed holes. On the west side of the course, we will be rerouting the irrigation line to the large pond. This work will be done without impacting the pond water.
We have also completed the removal of excess silt and dirt from the small pond near the clubhouse to ensure the pump station screen remains clear. In the coming week, we will begin setting up a new pump station and refilling the pond.
Plans for the new clubhouse have been submitted to the City of Phoenix, and we are currently awaiting review comments. We anticipate receiving the necessary permits by the end of July.
Lastly, we want to make you aware that theft on the construction site has impacted our schedule. We kindly ask all residents to remain vigilant. If you notice any unusual activity around the golf course, please contact our security team at 422-400-4427. If you are unable to reach them, please call the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151.
Thank you again for your continued support. We look forward to sharing more progress with you soon!

Important Notice – Construction in Progress at The Score at Cottonfields
Dear Cottonfields Homeowners,
We are excited to share with you that construction is well underway at The Score at Cottonfields golf course. Our construction team is working hard to grade and shape the course to bring an exceptional golfing experience to your community.
For your safety, we kindly ask all community members to stay off the golf course during construction. The site contains heavy equipment, unstable terrain, and other hazards that make it extremely dangerous for pedestrians, pets, and unauthorized vehicles. If you notice any suspicious or unauthorized activity on the golf course, please contact the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151.
We understand the excitement surrounding this project, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the construction area clear while our team works to complete the course as efficiently and safely as possible.
Thank you for your support and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@Laveen140.com.
Sincerely,
Laveen 140, LLC

Exciting News from Laveen140!
We are excited to share the news that the HOA board and their private attorney have completed a complete legal audit of the 307 signed consents.
While initially only 301 signatures were needed for this amendment, we surpassed that number with 307 signed consents.
It seems the board has chosen to exclude any delinquent dues-paying homeowners. Under that scenario, only 272 consents were required, which we have also satisfied.
We are elated to move forward with the amendment, commence the golf course reconstruction, and complete the residential rezoning.
This significant milestone is a testament to the work of many of your neighbors, friends, and residents. We are so grateful for your support and we look forward to executing this new opportunity together.
